The Founders Circle membership is a subscription service.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, depending on the option you choose when you sign up. This could be monthly or quarterly shown at checkout.
When you sign up, we’ll charge your chosen payment method right away. By subscribing, you’re giving us permission to charge that method for the applicable fees.
We accept payments by card, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
Once your payment is processed, we’ll send you access to the platform and community immediately, and in any case within 24 hours after payment.
From time to time, we may offer extra services, materials, or add-ons that can improve your experience.
These are optional. You do not need to buy them for the main service to work.
If we offer any additional paid services or materials, the details, pricing, and conditions will be clearly shown on the page where they are offered.
Our Terms of Service, or “Terms,” are the agreement between you and us. They explain how you can use the service and what rules apply.
The Terms do not have a fixed end date. You can terminate them at any time by deleting your account. You can do this by following the instructions in the settings of our mobile application or by contacting us via email.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or unused services.
We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated the Terms. If this happens, you will not be entitled to a refund for purchases already made.
We accept payments by card, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.
We do not provide our product or service to nationals of countries sanctioned by the United Nations, the European Union, or the Government of the United States of America.
Under EU consumer protection rules, we’re responsible for making sure the service you buy from us works as promised and matches what was agreed in our Terms.
For subscriptions or other services we provide continuously, this applies for as long as your contract with us is active. If the service does not meet this standard, you may have the right to ask us to:
Depending on where you live, your local consumer protection laws may give you additional rights or a longer protection period.

We’ll review it properly and do our best to find a fair solution within 10 days.
If you’re based in the EU and the issue is related to your contract with us, you can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. It helps consumers and businesses resolve disputes independently, without going straight to court.
